Recruiter Job Opening: Job Responsibilities

  • Source and develop qualified candidates for travel health care roles via a variety of channels (e.g., our database, social media, job boards, referrals, etc.).

  • Forge and maintain established relationships with job candidates, and build a solid understanding of these candidates’ professional and personal goals.

  • Pinpoint and share information about assignment opportunities that are currently available and that may meet the candidates’ needs.

  • Oversee the submission/compliance process required for job placement.

  • Deliver top-of-the-lien customer service to job candidates, clients, and the Coast Medical Services corporate team, consistently exceeding client and candidate expectations.

  • Accomplish and regularly exceed your goals.

  • Contribute in a positive way to the Coast corporate culture.

Recruiter Job Opening Skills and Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a recruiting role for a travel nursing agency

  • Demonstrated responsibility and discipline for achieving goals in the remote work setting

  • A gregarious and outgoing personality combined with a passion for delivering top results for others

  • Strong skills in candidate sourcing and forging quality relationships; willing to break the ice

  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask the proper questions to better understand the job candidates' and clients’ needs

  • Self-motivation, persuasiveness (without being pushy), and trustworthiness

  • Solid organizational skills for managing and prioritizing several urgent initiatives 

  • Stellar problem-solving skills

  • The desire to constantly improve
