Anything involving sunshine on my face, laughter, and relaxation.
What are 3 fun things/facts about yourself?
1. I teach meditation and yoga at a mental health rehab housing facility for children and young adults.
2. I am a lot more boring than I look.
3. I have no idea because I am that boring.
What is your “bucket list” item?
Travel, travel, travel – immerse into all the various cultures & make friends all over the world.
Favorite food/drink?
Variety of soups and thick crust pizza. I hardly ever drink anything other than water, but if I do have something it’s typically ginger ale or sweet wine.
Do you have any pets? If so, what kind and what are their names?
No, I just pretend my friends and families doggos are mine. I’m auntie Kim to Woodford & Nelson, and Kevin & Misty.
Do you have any information about your family (spouse, kids, etc.) that you’d like to share?
I love my family. They are very accepting of others and do not judge. They treat all my friends like family and are very welcoming to all.

Transitioning from a crazy young adult to a mindful adult lol

As of right now and out of the places I have visited…Granada, Spain.
